Columbia dealing with snow-related parking and sidewalk violations

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ) The City of Columbia issued several violations for rules in place about winter weather this week. Columbia Neighborhood Services had inspectors in residential areas Wednesday to make sure sidewalks were cleared.
