Another day of warmth Thursday, Saturday storms

TONIGHT: Clouds increase. Lows in the mid-to-upper 40s.

TOMORROW: Thursday will feature more clouds but the warmth will continue. Afternoon highs will reach in to the low-to-mid 60s.

EXTENDED: Cooler air will settle in Friday as a cold front sets down across mid-Missouri. It will quickly be replaced by a warm front as a strong cyclone is set to develop across the center of the nation this weekend. Along the cold front Saturday, storms are possible into the afternoon. Some storms could be strong and contain gusty winds. Widespread severe weather is not expected at this time. Colder temperatures will rush in Sunday and back side precipitation could transition to a few light snow showers. No accumulation is expected.
