A Columbia woman is already out of jail after allegedly rear-ending two vehicles while drunk and trying to leave the scene of the crashes. Police say they arrested Wendy Morgan Saturday just after 11:00am. They say they were first called to a leaving the scene of a crash call near US 63 and Clark Lane.
