Flurries were forecast for this morning, but it appears the system that passed through was able to make better snow rates than expected. BOONE COUNTY, Mo. (KMIZ) 8:45 a.m. Update: Emergency crews responded to nearly two dozen crashes around Columbia on Thursday morning.
