Missing Pulaski County 4-year-old found

A multi-state search for a four-year-old missing from Pulaski County ended in Ohio early Sunday morning. According to a sheriffs news release, Lance Webb, Jr. was found in Galion, Ohio by his biological father. The suspect, Christopher Wetherall, was arrested by Ohio authorities around 6 a.m. Sunday. Webb, Jr.’s mother is active duty Army member.
