Rain and cooler through Wednesday evening

TODAY: Periods of showers will continue through this evening. Some wet snowflakes can’t be ruled out for those north of I-70 from through 4PM today. Temperatures will be falling throughout the day with windy conditions through tonight for some locations. Rising rivers and flooding this week

An additional 1-2″ rain Tuesday through Wednesday on top of already saturated ground will produce increased runoff into area rivers causing minor to moderate flooding.
