First, fourth ward Jefferson City council positions contested
Jefferson City council member Jim Branch is seeking to keep his position Tuesday in the first ward.
David Kemna is is running to replace Branch, who first won the seat in 2013.
Ron Fitzwater, Leonard Steinman and Charles Jackson are all facing off to fill the vacant 4th ward position.
