A Columbia man was arrested Monday evening. A Boone County Sheriff’s deputy was driving near Broadway and Keene Street around 6 p.m. when her license plate scanner alerted her that a driver had an active arrest warrant. ABC 17 News confirmed a girl returned to class on Tuesday with no serious injuries after getting hit by a car in a crosswalk near a Jefferson City school. Questions still remain unanswered after a device was detonated twice in Moberly Monday night.
