Sheriff Chris Heitman wrote on the department’s Facebook page that 31-year-old William Ross was found dead in his pickup truck by a woman. ST. JAMES, Mo. (KMIZ) A Saint James man is now charged with second-degree murder in connection to a fentanyl overdose that happened in Maries County.
