Multiple power outages reported in Mid-Missouri; storm damage reported

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ) Multiple utility companies are reporting power outages affecting customers in Mid-Missouri. In Audrain County, multiple providers are reporting over 1,368 customers without power. Most reports without power are coming from Ameren in the Mexico area where over 1,300 customers are without power. Boone Electric Cooperative is reporting eight outages affecting 103 customers.

Missouri Department of Conservation reports floodwaters caused natural fish kill along the Missouri River near Columbia

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ) The Missouri Department of Conservation (MDC) investigated reports of a large fish kill event just west of Columbia, along Interstate 70 and the Missouri River floodplain.
