Damage reported after shooting in Columbia Sunday night

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

The Columbia Police Department said a home and multiple vehicles were damaged in a Sunday night shooting.

According to a news release from CPD, officers were dispatched to the 4300 block of Rice Road shortly before 10 p.m. Sunday night for several reports of shots fired.

Columbia police said officers found evidence of shots fired in the area. No injuries were reported in the shooting.

CPD officials described the suspect's vehicle as a white, four-door sedan, but did not have any additional suspect information.

Police said the investigation is ongoing.
