COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ) Prosecutors have charged a Columbia woman with three felonies in connection with an alleged hate crime that occurred in February. Ashley D. Dooley, 34, was charged Monday with third-degree assault, assault motivated by discrimination and possession of drug paraphernalia.
