Boone County Sheriff’s Department locates multiple shell casings on Millbrook Drive Saturday

BOONE, Mo. (KMIZ)

The Boone County Sheriff's Department confirmed multiple shell casings were recovered on Millbrook Drive, after deputies responded to a shots fired call.

Deputies responded to Millbrook just before 4 a.m. Saturday and said they were able to locate shell casings upon arrival.

Brian Leer, with the sheriff's department confirmed bullets struck two residences and one vehicle on Millbrook Drive. Leer added that deputies were not given any description of a suspect.

Deputies could be seen in the area placing evidence markers, taking photos and searching the area with flashlights.

No one was injured in the shooting and no one has been taken into custody, according to the department.
