Sheriff’s Office offers reward for information regarding two Pemiscot County escapees

The Pemiscot County Sheriff’s Department is offering a $1,000 reward for information on two escapees. On Oct. 15, William Carter and Joseph Latamondeer escaped the Pemiscot County Jail. Latamondeer plead guilty and was awaiting sentencing for domestic assault. Latamondeer also had charges pending including, theft and resisting arrest. Carter is facing charges for two counts

Moniteau deputies arrest one, accused of leaving methamphetamine at a store

Moniteau deputies arrested Seth Haldiman, 26 after officers received a call about suspicious activity at a business located in Tipton. Deputies said when they arrived at the store they found a backpack that Haldiman had left inside. Inside the backpack, deputies found methamphetamine. Deputies and Tipton police went to Haldiman’s residence and found more methamphetamine
