Moberly police help find missing 2-year-old Kansas child

UPDATE 4:50 p.m: The Missouri State Highway Patrol confirms Danielle Harvey was arrested in connection to the incident.

Troopers said Harvey is currently in the Randolph County Jail awaiting an extradition hearing.

ORIGINAL STORY: Moberly Police helped the Missouri State Highway Patrol find a missing, endangered 2-year-old child from Kansas on Tuesday night.

Police said the child was located safely within the Moberly city limits and was returned with the father.

A 26-year-old woman from Kansas was arrested and taken into custody as a result of the investigation.
