Boone County investigation nets one arrest and recovered property

Fulton man arrested after chase

A Fulton man was arrested after an early morning chase Thursday. It started when a Callaway County deputy attempted to stop Mikael Tice on County Road 240 for a traffic violation around 3:20 a.m. According to the Callaway County Sheriff’s Office, Tice refused to stop and a 20-minute chase ensued through Callaway and Audrain County.
