COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ) The Moberly woman accused of a recent killing at Columbia drive-thru has returned to prison. Boone County Assistant Prosecutor Morley Swingle said Angelica Benitez was taken back to the Missouri Department of Corrections on a parole warrant on Tuesday. She had been in Boone County Jail custody after being arrested last week.
