Sex offender in Moberly charged with child porn possession
MOBERLY, Mo. (KMIZ) A sex offender in Moberly was charged on Thursday with possessing child pornography and failing to register as a sex offender. Andrew Ray Miller, 45, of Moberly, was arrested on Thursday and posted a $40,000 bond on Friday, according to court records. A hearing is set for 10:30 a.m. Monday, Jan. 29.
