Jefferson City Transportation Committee recommends safety improvements near Moreau Heights Elementary

JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. (KMIZ) The Jefferson City Transportation Committee recommended safety improvements to slow down vehicles near Moreau Heights Elementary School on Friday.
