FULTON, Mo. (KMIZ) The prosecuting attorney for Fulton faces a possible misdemeanor charge of assault. Eric P. Qualls, 33, was arrested by Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputies on Wednesday for fourth-degree assault. Qualls was booked into the Callaway County Jail just before 9:10 p.m. and released about 40 minutes later, according to the jail’s website.
