Tracking rain clearing out by this afternoon

TODAY: Rain will slowly diminish to the southwest through the morning and come to an end areawide by noon. Despite clouds all day, temperatures remain above average in the lower 50s even in wet spots. Winds will be a nuisance behind the rain with gusts up to 20 mph.

TOMORROW: The workweek starts out much nicer with sunshine and a lighter breeze. However, temperatures will be relatively the same on Monday in the low 50s.

EXTENDED: Winds shift to the SW through Wednesday with the help of a high pressure system which will likely boost highs to the low 60s. By Thursday this pattern shifts again as a cold front tracks through and ushers in rain chances to close the week.
