TODAY: Steady rainfall has moved east of the area but drizzle and clouds are expected to linger all day. This will keep temperatures steady in the 40s. TONIGHT: Temperatures fall into the 30s, but remain above freezing to keep any slick roads from freezing. Precip should fully come to an end by midnight though clouds
