Mizzou women cruise past SEMO to snap two-game skid

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

The Mizzou women's basketball team coasted to an 88-43 win over Southeast Missouri State University, on Saturday, to snap a two-game losing streak.

Fifth year forward Hayley Frank, once again, led the scoring charge with a team-high 18 points. She finished just one rebound short of a double-double, as she grabbed nine boards and added on four assists.

Abbey Schreacke, Judd, Abby Fiet and Grace Slaughter all also got into double-digit scoring, as the Tigers shot 55 percent from the field.

MU was hitting from beyond the arc too, going for nine 3-pointers in the win. Schreacke hit the team-high three 3-pointers.

Up next - Mizzou will stay home to host another in-state foe, as Missouri State will come to Columbia. Tip off against the Bears is at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 6.
