Four former Mizzou football standouts will have a chance to put their skills on display in Indianapolis.

Quarterback Brady Cook, wide receivers Luther Burden and Theo Wease Jr., as well as offensive lineman Armand Membou all earned an invitation to the 2025 NFL Scouting Combine, on Thursday. Beginning on Feb. 27, the group of Tigers will have an opportunity to put their skills on display in front of league scouts at Lucas Oil Stadium, ahead of the NFL Draft in March.

One of the biggest stories of the list of 329 invitees, may just be the MU standout that wasn't invited.

Defensive end Johnny Walker Jr. was left off of the Combine invite list, despite putting up a standout performance at the East-West Shrine Bowl in January. The Florida-native ended the 2024 campaign fifth on the team in tackles (44.0) and first on the team in tackles for loss (12.5). He also recorded a team-high 9.5 sacks in his final collegiate season, ending on a nation-leading six-game sack streak.

As of now, the only two Tigers garnering first-round chatter, ahead of the NFL Draft, are Burden and Membou.

Burden has grabbed the eyes of the nation ever since he was a freshman in Columbia. The East St. Louis native had his choice of schools out of high school, but decided to stay home and help change the trajectory of his hometown university.

After three seasons at Mizzou, he finished his time in the black and gold sixth-best all-time in receiving yards (2,236), fifth-best all-time in receiving touchdowns (21) and fourth-best all-time receiver with 192 catches.

Membou, much like Burden, decided to stay home and lift up his hometown university.

The Lee's Summit native played in 36 games for Mizzou over the course of his three years in Columbia and has begun garnering attention as a probable day one selection at the NFL Draft in Green, Bay Wisconsin.

Wease Jr. and Cook have been projected as late day three picks in the lead-up to the Draft in March. However, the Combine is the perfect opportunity to boost up their stock, by showing out in the skills showcase and team interviews.

The NFL Combine will run from Thursday, Feb. 27 through Sunday, March 2 in Indianapolis.
