(COLUMBIA, MO) – The Columbia Fire Department responded to a structure fire in the 3400 block of Elm Grove Drive. Columbia firefighters first on the scene reported smoke from the front door. Officials report the fire was contained to a back bedroom. Fire investigators determined the fire originated in a back bedroom and was accidental.
