I-70 traffic to be impacted by geological testing near Rocheport Bridge

BOONE/COOPER COUNTY – Motorists traveling along Interstate 70 will see some activity at the Missouri River Bridge near Rocheport Saturday and Sunday. Missouri Department of Transportation contractors will be boring through the bridge deck to collect soil samples and rock characteristics of the land below as crews prepare for the construction of the new bridge.

Crash on I-70 backing up traffic near exit 111

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ) MoDOT is reporting a traffic delay on westbound Interstate 70 past exit 111. MoDOT reported a vehicle crash just after 3:30. According to MoDOT, delays on the round could occur till after 4:20 p.m. ABC 17 News will have more information as it becomes available.
