COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ) Missouri will soon enter phase one of their vaccine roll out plan after the FDA authorized Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine for emergency use. The state says their plan revolves around three principles; vaccination, coordination, and communication. The first phase of that plan will begin in limited numbers, before the end of the year.
