Meteorologist Nate Splater joined the ABC 17 Stormtrack Weather Team in the summer of 2020. He’s from a small town in southern Arkansas and came to mid-Missouri to pursue a degree in meteorology at Mizzou in 2018. Chance Gotsch is a meteorologist for ABC 17 News and FOX 22. He joined the ABC 17 Stormtrack Weather team in February 2021 and graduated from the University of Missouri with a degree in meteorology in Spring 2022. You can usually catch Chance’s forecasts weekdays at noon and 6:30 p.m. on KMIZ.

Sawyer Jackson is an ABC 17 Stormtrack Forecaster and started working for ABC 17 in early October of 2022. He is a freshman at the University of Missouri, Columbia, and is majoring in Meteorology.
