Sawyer Jackson
Sawyer Jackson is an ABC 17 Stormtrack Forecaster and started working for ABC 17 in early October of 2022.
He is a freshman at the University of Missouri, Columbia, and is majoring in Meteorology. You can usually watch him on weekend evenings at 6, 9, and 10 p.m.
Jackson comes from Blue Springs, Missouri, and grew up playing baseball, drums, and competing on swim teams. He was inspired to pursue Meteorology while on vacation in Florida during his freshman year of high school.
He loves his job, and it's his goal to always provide accurate and relevant information so viewers can stay up to date about the weather around them.
