STURGEON, Mo. (KMIZ)

A Harrisburg man faces several charges after allegedly pointing a gun at someone's head during an argument.

Deputies were called to a home in Sturgeon at around 8:45 p.m. Tuesday after a witness told police about the argument.

Court documents say Brendon Sublett threatened the person by putting a gun to his head during an argument and then left the scene.

Deputies later found Sublett driving a few blocks over and took him into custody.

The witness told police that after Sublett left the scene initially but he came back and shot at the residence, according to court records.

A Boone County prosecutor has charged Sublett with two counts of domestic assault, two counts of armed criminal action, tampering with evidence and resisting arrest.

Sublett is currently in the Boone County Jail being held without bond.

Sublett was arraigned in court Wednesday.
