The Holts Summit man accused of stealing mail and packages from doorsteps in November was arrested by Callaway deputies Monday. 43-year-old John Jaegers allegedly burglarized a home in the 12000 block of Callaway County Road 4037 on November 21, and caused extensive damage at the home.
