CPD steps up seat belt enforcement

The Columbia Police Department is stepping up its seat belt enforcement on the Click It or Ticket statewide campaign. MU coach suspended two games for inappropriate physical contact with umpire

Missouri Head Coach, Ehren Earleywine, was suspended following his ejection from Saturday’s game against Mississippi State. Earleywine made contact with first base umpire, Cindi Brunot,while arguing a close call at first base that ended the fifth inning. Earleywine was suspended for two games under NCAA Rule 13.3 for making inappropriate physical contact with an umpire.

Two arrested in Moberly, accused of having tools to make counterfeit money

Two Moberly residents are in jail, charged with having tools to produce counterfeit money and possession of methamphetamine.
