Tracking summer-like weather

TODAY: Mother Nature is giving us a little tease of some summer-like temperatures in the low to mid 80s today with partly cloudy skies throughout the majority of our Saturday.

TONIGHT: Clouds will build in during the evening ahead of showers and storms that are expected to move through overnight. These showers and storms will be spotty, but a few of the storms could be strong with an isolated chance for some us to see some hail.

EXTENDED: This system will move out of the area by late morning, and Sunday will be cooler and closer to average with temperatures in the 70s. We'll end our weekend dry, but our next chances for rain come early in the week. We are tracking the chances for storms Monday night into Tuesday morning and keeping a close eye on the possibility of severe weather if a few factors fall in place. Temperatures this week will be right on par with average in the upper 60s and lower 70s.
