Tracking warm summer days with plenty of sunshine in the forecast

TODAY: I'm tracking another day filled with sunshine as temperatures begin in the mid to upper 60s, warming into the mid to upper 80s by the afternoon hours. Winds will be out of the northeast at 5-10 mph, gusting up to 15 mph.

TONIGHT: I'm tracking a clear and quiet evening as temperatures drop back down into the mid-60s by the end of the night. Winds will be out of the northeast at 5-10 mph.

EXTENDED: I'm tracking persistent sunshine and settled weather continuing throughout Tuesday as temperatures warm back into the upper 80s by the afternoon hours. Wednesday will be similar, although a passing wave to the south will cause the potential for isolated pop-up storms during the afternoon hours. This potential will continue throughout Thursday, exiting Friday, but most will stay dry and sunny during each of these days as temperatures warm into the upper 80s and low 90s. Temperatures in the low 70s out the door in the morning hours that warm into the low 90s by the afternoon hours will last into the weekend, with limited rain chances for this period.
