Tracking a mild end to the week before a late weekend cool down

TONIGHT: Mostly clear and comfortable with lows near 50.

TOMORROW: Mostly sunny and warmer with highs in the lower 80s.

EXTENDED: It's been another gorgeous day and we have pleasant weather through the end of the week, but temperatures gradually warm up through the first half of the weekend. Tomorrow morning will be mild with lows near 50 and highs back into the lower 80s. Friday is similar, but perhaps a few more clouds during the day with an approaching front to the north. We'll end the week on a warm note with highs in the mid-80s. Saturday will be the warmest day with a south breeze helping temperatures get back into the mid-80s. Clouds increase by afternoon and evening as a front slowly works from north to south, cooling us into the lower 70s Sunday afternoon. Rain chances are looking minimal. A cold air mass across the Great Lakes will bring temperatures below average to start next week with highs near 60 through Wednesday, and frost possible on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings as temperatures dip into the mid-upper 30s.
