Tracking exiting showers and cooler temperatures

Tonight: Overnight lows cool to the lower 30s with mostly cloudy skies as showers exit the region to the east. Winds switch out of the northwest at 12-16 mph with gusts up to 30 mph possible.

Tomorrow: Friday sees mostly cloudy skies with winds out of the northwest at 5-10 mph and gust up to 20 mph. Temperatures top out into the upper 40s.

Extended: Saturday morning welcomes the return of widespread showers by mid-morning as highs top out into the mid-40s. Showers remain widespread before eventually exiting the region early Sunday morning. Temperatures remain into the mid to upper 40s Sunday through Tuesday as drier conditions are expected. Monday looks to be the best day to get out and about as skies look to become mostly sunny. Rain makes another appearance Wednesday night lasting throughout much of next Thursday.
