Tracking dry skies for Friday night football

This Afternoon: Similar to the past few days, partly cloudy with highs in the upper 80s.

Tonight: A few passing clouds, otherwise perfect to head to the football field! More mild overnight with lows in the upper 60s.

Extended: Plenty of dry time is in store Saturday, and temperatures climb to near 90. Humidity does increase, however, lending to an increased chance for isolated storms. Sunday brings an even better chance for isolated to scattered thunderstorms as more moisture moves overhead. There's still plenty of dry time in between, so don't expect a washout. Looking further to next week, rain chances begin to climb higher Monday, but mostly in the evening. Based on current timing, we may see a cold front push a line of thunderstorms through Monday evening into early Tuesday. Temperatures in the mid-80s on Monday look to fall into the low 80s through the end of next week behind the front, with rain chances dwindling as well.
