Tracking another afternoon in the 30’s
MLK Day
Clouds will be a little stubborn to shake in some spots today. Temperatures will top out in the mid-upper 30’s. Our winds will turn more westerly throughout the day, around 10-15 mph.
TONIGHT
Those winds keep turning overnight and become southerly. That will keep temperatures propped up near 30 for overnight lows.
EXTENDED
With that headstart, we can take off on Tuesday into the low 50’s. Temperatures come crashing back down into Wednesday, only managing around 30 for highs. We keep cooling off into the single digits Wednesday night and can only muster the teens Thursday. Wind chills both Wednesday and Thursday nights will be below zero. We start to climb on Friday, getting into the upper 20’s. We’ll keep the warming trend going into Saturday with the upper 30’s returning only to back off into the low 30’s Sunday.
