Tracking another warmup moving in

mild weather
KMIZ

WEDNESDAY: After another chilly start, we’re finally moving in a warmer direction. Plenty of sunshine will help highs reach the upper 40’s this afternoon

TONIGHT: A few clouds will roll through tonight as winds swing a bit more southeasterly. Lows will be mild compared to the past few night, in the upper 30’s.

EXTENDED: The breeze will pick up Thursday, helping push temperatures even further to end the week. We’ll make it into the 60’s tomorrow before threatening records in the low 70’s on Friday. We’re tracking our next cold front swinging through Friday night, putting an end to the warm weather, for now. A few showers will be possible, especially near I-44, but many of us look to stay dry. The cooler air will return to kick off the weekend, with highs back in the upper 40’s. We’ll shake it off pretty quickly and get back above average on Sunday, in the middle 50’s. 60-degree weather looks like it’s going to be returning Monday and will stay with us through the first part of the week.
