Tracking a frigid start today before a warmup

BLACK FRIDAY: Some of the coldest temperatures of the season hit this morning with lows close to the teens. A return of southerly winds will warm us quickly by the afternoon near 50 degrees.

SATURDAY: The warmup continues into the weekend with highs rising to the low 60s. A minor disturbance will move across the area but will struggle to even bring sprinkles to our neck of the woods.

EXTENDED: Overall, Saturday will be a great day for Small Business Saturday shopping or holiday decorating. Sunday will be slightly cooler behind that system with highs closer to average. The warming trend roughly continues into next week as more small disturbances keep highs fluctuating between the low to upper 50s.
