Tracking a pleasant start to the week with rain on the way

Today: Temperatures will continue to increase to 75 degrees with winds out of the southwest at 5-10 mph. Skies remain mostly clear to help make for a beautiful Monday afternoon.

Tonight: Temperatures will fall once again into the upper '70s thanks to mostly clear sky conditions.

Extended: Tuesday will be a repeat of Monday with identical temperatures and cloud cover. Come Wednesday mid-morning, scattered showers ahead of a cold front begin to move in form the northwest. These showers will remain scattered throughout the duration of Wednesday afternoon, clearing late into the evening. Temperatures will fall to the lower '60s for the highs heading into the weekend with mostly clear sky conditions. Sunday, chances of showers and storms return once again and a warm-up is on the way.
