Tracking warmer conditions to start the week

TODAY: Chilly in the morning with temperatures dipping to the low 40s. A warmup will begin this afternoon with highs back in the low 70s.

TOMORROW: Mostly sunny and mild with highs in the lower 70s.

EXTENDED: Seasonal conditions will remain in place through midweek as southerly winds move in. Highs stick to the low 70s before a cold front arrives on Wednesday. Showers and a few storms are possible on Wednesday and these clear out quickly before Thursday. Rain totals won't be hefty with most of Mid-Missouri seeing less than 1/4". This will bring back some slightly cooler conditions as highs slip into the mid-60s. Sunny skies and seasonal temperatures are spelling out another great fall weekend across Mid-MO!
