Snow likely overnight

**WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FOR I-70 CORRIDOR AND POINTS SOUTH FROM 6PM TUESDAY TO 12PM WEDNESDAY**

THIS AFTERNOON: Clouds and chilly temperatures will remain in control across mid-Missouri. The stretch of gloomy weather continues.

TONIGHT: Snow chances return as a system moves to our south. Snow will move in after 10 PM and will stay in the area through the morning. Lows will fall into the upper 20s.

EXTENDED: Snow will continue through the morning hours Wednesday. Some impacts are possible for the morning commute. Highest amounts look to be in our southern counties, south of HWY 50 where up to 2" could fall.. Snow comes to an end around 1 to 2pm with highs stuck in the 30. We have a better chance at seeing a few glimpses of sunshine Friday and Saturday, as the warming trend looks to kickoff, getting afternoon temperatures into the 40s, with 50's possible by Sunday as things stay quiet.
