Tracking near record warmth this afternoon with continued warmth on Friday

TONIGHT: Temperatures have already climbed into the mid-to-upper 60s this morning. Our record high is 72 and plenty of sunshine will help us make a run at that this afternoon. Overall, the warmth and clear conditions continue into the overnight, with temperatures dropping into the mid-40s by early Friday.

TOMORROW: Friday is another well warmer than average day with highs in the upper 60s. Expect a bit more cloud cover than Thursday. Still, grab those sunglasses as sunshine will still make it to the ground.

EXTENDED: The cold air starts to show up with this system Friday night with lows falling into the middle 30’s. And it’s here to stay on Saturday, with highs back near 50°. Another disturbance rolls through on Sunday, bringing some shower chances to close out the weekend. Highs will actually warm up into the upper 50’s Sunday before falling back into the 40’s next week. With overnight lows set to make a return to the freezing mark, a storm system moving out of the Rockies around the middle of next week is raising an eyebrow. It’s tough to make out the details on this system right now, so be stay with us as we track some more precipitation Tuesday and Wednesday next week.
