COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

Riley Strain's body was found Friday morning after he was reported missing on March 8. The Metro Nashville Police Department said during a press conference "no foul-play-related trauma was observed" and an autopsy is pending.

On Monday, a department spokesperson said in an email to ABC 17 that the cause of death "continues to appear accidental. No foul play-related trauma."

The department spokesperson said a detective attended the autopsy examination and that a toxicology test is still pending.

"The ME does not complete an autopsy report until all testing is back," the spokesperson said over email.
