Tracking another round of storms on Sunday

TODAY: There is still an ABC 17 Stormtrack Weather Alert Day in effect through Sunday for more strong storms possible. Get the latest here. Today's severe risk depends on how quickly morning rain clears. Showers and storms redevelop in the afternoon regardless, but the amount of dry time will determine how many storms can become severe. High winds up to 60 mph are the main concern along with a low tornado risk and hail.

TOMORROW: We finally catch a break on Monday as rain clears out and temperatures remain mild. Highs will be near to above average in the mid-70s.

EXTENDED: Tuesday is a near-repeat of calmer conditions with some parts of Mid-MO hitting the 80s. This doesn't last though as more spring showers and storms pick up from Wednesday into next weekend.
