SUNDAY UPDATES: State reports over 2,000 new cases

The state reported over 2,000 new cases of the virus Sunday morning.

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

The Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services reported 2,072 new cases and 33 new deaths to it's COVID-19 dashboard Sunday morning.

Overall, 365,186 people have tested positive to date and 4,937 Missourians have died.

Across the state, 2,757 patients are in the hospital.
