Man who allegedly pointed guns at passing cars before standoff charged with felonies

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ) A man who allegedly pointed guns at passing vehicles near his Worley Street apartment on Friday night has been charged with felonies and misdemeanors in Boone County.
