The Jefferson City school board will welcome new members Monday at its scheduled meeting. Michael Couty and Pam Murray were elected last Tuesday. The board will recognize outgoing school board members Joy Sweeney and Alan Mudd. Following a closed meeting, the board is set to vote on contracts for East Elementary renovations and stadium refurbishment.

Missouri Head Coach, Ehren Earleywine, was suspended following his ejection from Saturday’s game against Mississippi State. Earleywine made contact with first base umpire, Cindi Brunot,while arguing a close call at first base that ended the fifth inning.
