Franklin County man seriously hurt in Gasconade County crash

GASCONADE COUNTY, Mo. (KMIZ)

A Union man was seriously injured in a one-vehicle crash Tuesday in Gasconade County on Highway 28 west of Highway 50.

The crash occurred after a 2009 Chevrolet Trax driven by Tracy Skiles traveled off the left side of the road, went down a steep embankment and overturned, according to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report.

Skiles, 48, was flown to Mercy Hospital in Creve-Coeur. He was wearing a seatbelt. The vehicle was totaled.
